Purchasing & Shipping

We are currently unable to offer sales online, if you do wish to purchase a Kaftan from us please contact us directly at info@lyrebirdatelier.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

We accept a variety of payment methods including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Upon receipt of an order by Lyrebird Atelier, you will be sent an ‘Order Confirmation Email’. Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1-3 working days of placing your order), you will receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation Email’ with a tracking number.

Shipments within the UK & Europe, USA, and the rest of the world will take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the time of your order and its destination. Your orders are insured and will need to be signed for.

International shipping and rates

 

We ship worldwide from our studio in London, United Kingdom using our secure and insured international delivery service. We will dispatch your order within 3 working days and your order should be with you within 1-2 weeks of receipt of order. Your orders are insured and will need to be signed for.  

 

UK & EUROPE 

 

Estimated shipping time for UK & Europe is 1 - 2 Weeks from receipt of order. Our shipping rates are calculated at Checkout according to the weight of your order. All orders are insured and will need to be signed for.

£15 - UK & Europe 1-2 Wks (S)  0.1 Kg - 0.5 Kg 
£21 - UK & Europe 1-2 Wks (M) 0.5 Kg - 5 Kg

 

 

USA & REST OF WORLD

 

Estimated shipping time for USA & REST OF WORLD is 1 - 2 Weeks from receipt of order. Our shipping rates are calculated at Checkout according to the weight of your order. All orders are insured and will need to be signed for.

£25 - USA & ROW 1-2 Wks (S) 0.1 Kg - 0.5 Kg 
£40 - USA & ROW 1-2 Wks (M) 0.5 Kg - 5 Kg

 

Important things to note:

  1. There may be customs and duties payable for EU, USA & rest of world customers. These are payable by the customer. We will automatically deduct any UK VAT due on items that are shipped outside the UK.
  2. We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. Lyrebird Atelier Ltd is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments returned to us as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. All orders will need to be signed for. 
  3. Lyrebird Atelier Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders.
